How does Pregnancy Yoga help?

Through gentle pregnancy yoga, we focus on strengthening key muscles, supporting pelvic stability, and encouraging your baby into an optimal position for birth. You’ll also explore simple breathing and relaxation techniques to ease discomforts like backache, heartburn, and sleeplessness — and  support you through pregnancy, labour, and beyond. Plus, you'll have the chance to meet other mums-to-be and share this special time together in a warm, supportive space

Would absolutely recommend Sarah’s pregnancy yoga classes, not just for the yoga but also the information. Sarah has given me so much great advice and tips for pregnancy & labour. Also a really nice space to meet other mums to be & hear about everyone’s journey. Thank you! x

My Pregnancy Yoga Experience

Breathing Space Yoga Pregnancy Class in Northwich

I practised yoga through both of my pregnancies and used the skills and tools I learned to help me through the demands of my labours and births.  I know how the power of using the breath and relaxation can help to ease discomfort and how feeling connected to, and confident in, your body gives you an empowered and positive approach to labour and birth.

I gave birth to both of my boys at Leighton Hospital, Crewe. My births weren’t exactly as I had planned – most births aren’t – but I know how much my pregnancy yoga classes and practice helped me to navigate both of my experiences and the tools enabled me to have the best births possible and inspired me to go on to teach hundreds of women pregnancy yoga in Northwich.

Sarah is really knowledgeable and creates a calming and friendly environment. She is happy to offer advice, answer questions and tailor the class to your needs. I feel like me and my bump are in great hands.
